We went into San Antonio to the River Walk area this morning to have breakfast with Erin and family who were there for the weekend. Upon arriving back in the park, we joined two other couples and went geocaching for several hours.January 17 - We made a little detour today on the way to Medina Lake Thousand Trails Park which was a brief stop in San Antonio to have the refrigerator door replaced. e the door fell off, we used an ice chest. That's as close to roughing it as I care to go. Arrived at yet another deer-laden park. This park is one of our favorites. Very well-run activities, great food service, and friendly helpful staff. We'll be here until the end of the month, at which time we will be going to Harlingen in the Rio Grande Valley for the month of February.

Hi mom, Thought I would leave you a comment so that you would know someone was here. I guess I shouldn't be so impressed when I see the random deer walk across our property any more.
